Finished as well.

AAA game with some love put into it narratively. Both on its own and from a franchise standpoint. Which again, in this day and age, deserves quite a bit of credit. Mentioned criticism applies (oh boy does it apply), but I don't regret one moment I spent with it. Hopefully they make a better sequel to this and cast that godawful Avengers game into a void.
They won't leave that Ironman money on the table. You might get another one of these to cross promote Guardians 3 before the template is applied to the Avengers.

I have to say, even though I'm terrible at these kinds of games, this one is very impressive from a tech standpoint.

The game fully supports (and implements flawlessly) RTX technology, and, unlike other games that claim to, doesn't tank in performance -- at least on my rig -- when enabled. With everything completely maxed out I'm still almost always pegged at my preferred 120fps, and only rarely is it dipping close to 100.

I love the music, I love the voice acting, the environments are amazing, and the story and writing are... good? And yes, the game is occasionally genuinely funny.

What a surprise this game is so far.

Up untill recently I thought this one was yet another tasteless capeshit game
But apparently it's a fairly well put together action game and Gunn formula Guardians story
So it's a shame that shitpile Avengers game liked this game's chances of success

The game has issues but close your eyes and pretend it's Shadowrun, in SPACE with slightly less annoying but still Biowarean banter.
