Call me.

What a terrible fate, having Biowhores crying over your death. I would kill myself if that happened to me.

Are you identifying yourself as a Biowhore by any chance, your horsiness?

No, I'm obviously identifying myself as a fan of Robin Sachs. Now shut your mouth, you illogical fellatio fallacy.

Oh FFS! The series is over. Let it end. Bioware is going to try to milk this overhyped product until production costs on cheap ass DLCs are no longer matched by profits from a dwindling fan base. Mass Effect was supposed to be a science fiction epic adventure. Now it's resembling a comic book serial by a third rate company, full of fan service and over the top dialogue.

Thank's to BioWare/EA ruining ME3 (My favorite series) I thankfully will no longer play any game at all from BioWare.

I bet you all will pirate it at least.
The last Bioware game I played was Dragon Age 1. I regret it. I am keeping it that way. :rpgcodex:

Same here. I never finished it and rage quit with no regrets. Mass Effect was a mediocre shooter with RPG elements that I did finish. Not a bad game, but not great. I did enjoy the ending, I have to admit, as I 'saved' the antagonist's soul although he blew his brains out in the end. I tried to stick with Bioware because of their involvement with Baldur's Gate... finished Jade Empire, Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2, KOTOR, and so on. But I never really loved any of these games and felt that the dialogue was juvenile and plot twists too predictable. It was like being in a relationship gone sour. You try to stick it out because of the heady first days, but it takes you too much time, too much frustration and too much money before you finally realize that the magic is gone and you'll never get it back.

My first rage-quit was nwn1... oh wait - it was do-not-bother-quit, nwn2 with its lame tutorial but adorable MotB was obsidian - probably thats why I finished it. DA:O was meant to be a sparkle of hope - but the only thing I will remember of it to the end of my days will be the one and only questboards and bags under them (WTF?!), won't mention DA2 as an act of mercy.
As for ME1 I liked the story, despite of all shootin-over-rpg stuff and idiotic inventory - hoped it will evolve. Then the ME2 came with its mechanics, storytelling (or lack of it), and ofc ME3 with all its shit.

To say the truth; characters are bright part of these games - but the comparable amount of compassion I had with my sluggy-buddies at Worms: Armageddon and it didnt delivered any rpg enlightenment too :]

An entire side of my family are educators. This makes it easy to grab a summer teaching job. I am considering hosting a class on the decline of entertainment and making Bioware the centerpiece.

The real amusing thing here, to me, is that if I wanted to get all the DLC and reinstall the game it would cost me $40 altogether. That's more than I paid for the game itself, and Bioware DLC never goes on sale.

Truly hilarious.

So this is just going to be fan service, I bet? Romance and friendship cutscenes with a short, retarded and extremely tacked-on mission. I mean what the fuck, an apartment and a casino? Just new backdrops for the emotional engagements and a shitty pazaak minigame.

DLC fanfic.
Fuck me. I'm in. Where do I sign up?

I am surprised they didn't make more out of the PVP with the game. Adding new maps, some map editor, ability to customize the character and vehicles would have been better than this cheap romance shit.

PVP?

What are you talking about?

The online components gave away content updates for free till now. I still revisit it time and time again.

Fuck, didn't think that to the end. I need more coffee...

Anyway my point was that they should have insisted in the multiplayer parts instead of resurrecting the game again after the horrible ending. Maybe even make some kind of PVP so players can blow their brains out instead of decorating the house

I like the new maps actually, the first time I returned to the furnace map, we were supposed to hack an objective in some kind of a boiler room. As we bunker down, waiting for the hacking objective ticker rising - I spotted a new interactive button outside of the room. Hitting the space bar key I was greeted with the four access point to the room slamming shut...and the boiler ... boiling all of us inside.
