so people, who spend their free time devising ways to deceive the average person just for the satisfaction of calling him or her an idiot, exist?
That's a basic purpose of the RPGCodex, yes. That and tell you every game you like sucks.
He's right you know. Every game you like does suck. It's our solemn duty to inform everyone of that.

"Well, guys, looks like we won."

Won what? The Codex didn't prove anything new. It was already common knowledge that the Codex likes to waste time doing stupoid shit, and it was already common knowledge that some people are mornic enough to be gullible enough fake ass interviews whose funny was done before the pathetic interview was even done.

The fact you fools are braggin' that you 'got one over' on imbecilicgullibleics proves nothing worthwhile.

It's like winning a foot race against someone in a wheelchair. It proves shit.

This is amusing for anyone who understands Italian. Some guy eagerly translated the interview, thinking it was real. How can one translate the interview, line after line, without getting a liitle bit suspicious is impossible to understand, but it seems like a lot of people liked the interview, and even Ray started using our bits. We should definitely sue.

Even if you don't understand Italian, I got a pretty good idea using babelfish.altavista. I honestly feel sorry for the fellow. Depending on fluency, I'm guessing that took him several hours at least. Maybe we should have some disclaimer saying foreign readers aren't allowed to translate it, not that we'll sue, but they'll thank us later.

I'm surprised Bioware didn't sue, or at least threaten legal action.

They must at least have a good sense of humor.

What about the rush you felt when the myriad of races are applauding your ascension to SPECTRE status?

Didn't you pump your fist in the air when Shepard rose from the rubble, just as the music reached its peak?

Or when you find out that the real mission has just begun, and in a completely original twist, you are now -- as Bioware likes to point out with great frequency -- on a SUICIDE MISSION? Have you ever been on any of those before?

I'm a sucker for space games. I bought the Buck Rogers-wannabe Perry Rhodan PC game, for fuck's sake.
