Grab the Codex by the pussy Strap Yourselves In Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is.
So they're making boss fights easier. This is a fucking joke.

A biotic boss that can slap all your trusty covers away is suitably scary, they just had to reduce the chances of her stunlock-ragdolling you. Once she managed to do it so much that Shepard's limbs turned into taffy and he melted through the stairs.

They probably changed that krogan boss in the elevator too.

Reminder that a female journo from 1up.com intentionally placed her skill points haphazardly and then complained in her Mass Effect 1 review that she was unable to defeat the last boss.

In particular that she couldn't win via diplomacy when she didn't max out diplomacy.

Her male coworkers didn't finish it for her because that would be sexist somehow.

I guess if we wanted the ME3 ending fixed we should have pretended to be retarded.

"There is one thing about Benezia," says Meek. "I think that was a very obvious example in Mass Effect 1 where they didn't quite know whether or not they wanted to make a cover shooter where the keyword was 'cover.' So in the Benezia fight, if you remember all of the pathways that circle around it, there was no cover. No cover at all. And there was no place to add cover because the pathways were too skinny. And then you get to the corner and there would be cover, but they were all movable with biotics, so you couldn't really ever go anywhere and hunker down to create a sense of plan or strategy about how you wanted to complete that battle."

But that was the fun part of this battle. You got a bunch of biotics to dispatch and you had to be in constant motion. That was fun beacause that was different from other battles and it stand out.

Benezia was a bad boss fight. She's more annoying than dangerous. I spent half the fight flopping about on the floor and still won.

Only if Dean used to be a woman. Could have had the same inane take though.

If that's the Cuphead retard, I remember he quit the game at some point because he couldn't win any battles. He never figured out the leveling system and was still level 1 throughout the game. He ended up giving the game a bad review as well because of this.

The only boss fight I remember being a bit hard was the Krogan, when you do the "get Liara" quest first before the other 2. But even then only on the highest difficulty.

The most annoying part was the long and unskippable cutscene before the fight.

Yep, if that Krogan decides to charge at you and start meleeing you might as well be reloading your autosave. He also takes roughly a million shots to take down. Very painful when you're getting Liara first and are low level.

Reading about this "remaster", I'm really, really glad BioWare has nothing to do with the rumoured KOTOR game. To quote Twin Perfect - "What's wrong with putting a game through an up-res machine and releasing it like that?" Either do that, or do a full remake.

EA did a great job doing just that work Command & Conquer/Red Alert apparently. Considering picking it up on sale right now.

Let's summarize what we know about the changes the Legendary Edition introduces so far:

1) It steals incorporates a bunch of already-made user mods for graphics, textures and lighting and presents them as Bioware's own work
2) It removes Miranda's ass shots
3) It makes the terrain in one (1) boss fight in the original ME slightly different by adding thicker walls for cover

Yup, sounds like it's worth 60 bucks to me!
