Huh, there was another part? Why'd he wait so long to bring it out? Is something up?

Not the first time he's done that. He did the same with Sawyer and Garriott. Posted the part about their newly announced projects first, then later posted the retrospective stuff.

Agreed. He can also surprise me one minute with the depth of his knowledge on one nerdy thing and next minute with his total ignorance on a different nerdy thing. I guess his knowledge is deep, but pretty narrow, which is the opposite of usual these days.

He does make a few good points.

    Although:

    FFS, Matt!

I get where he is coming from, but this is exactly the attitude that makes RPGs stale and uninteresting - people want more high fantasy, so developers and publishers give them more, recycling the same tired themes over and over again and making everything boring. I do not want my fantasy to be boring - give me more variety!

I don't think that the high fantasy is the problem. It's that those settings are just a shitty mish-mash of everything ever + shit writing on top of that
I would like to play some nice high fantasy game that would be the opposite of of Skyrim's pseudo-everyculture.

BTW, anyone saw that movie Matt worked on?

He's credited as producer, but I rarely see him promoting or talking about it...

Good to know that the game will be more than just wandering around killing stuff. Also... silly mainlanders struggling with name :smug:

Nope, it's used in mainland Portugal and Spanish Galicia, as well as Brazil. But like most Portuguese and Spanish words, non Latin language speakers will struggle with the "nh" sound.

I hadnt even remembered asking that question.

"Without further ado" seems to be used by a lot of youtubers, im afraid it might be some kind of key phrase used to mind control the viewers. Matt is obliviously in with the hollow earth reptiles.

I listened to a bit of the interview with Team 21 guy, it pissed me off because Matt was being an idiot like usual and couldn't understand that the guy didn't speak perfect English and kept phrasing his questions in a retarded manner, confusing the guy.

Did anyone else notice the text "I am not Matt Barton" at the end of the video? Does it just mean merely that J_C is a Patreon supporter or that Matt has been reading too much Codex lately?

I'm not a Patreon supporter, I'm too short on money unfortunately.
