Well, it was supposed to be. But that's kickstarter marketing again isn't it? The first goal has to look attainable to get things off the ground, after that you start drip feeding the stretch goals. I'm pretty sure they were always expecting to repeat wastelands success in terms of funding. 1.1 mil minus taxes and rewards and shit is 18 months salary for around what, 10 people? Doesn't seem like much.
