A game dev who has spent 17 years building fancy murder simulators, is saying pedophiles & pederasts are worse (and that Twiglard committed defamation per se — specifically libel) by starting a thread with other participants in which he stated false things about myself as matters of fact. Since I am a public figure, Twiglard may have the defense of “lacking actual malice.”

He also threatened to file a false police report which has other potential ramifications.

For now, I offered him the compromise, with consideration, to never message me privately again.

Getting back to the thread topic, can you explain line-for-line how Twiglard is guilty of "defamation per se — specifically libel"?

Because he isn't. His whole private message starts off by saying it may be a misunderstanding, and everything he says is conditional. "I'm worried that you're asking", "if you dox", "if this involves vigilantism".

As a big name legal guy, maybe explain to us how you'd go about suing someone for this and taking their house, car and weebsite website from them? (You won't.)

pornography. I know that many people who engage in cartoon pornography depicting children are actually child molesters and abusers. But this is insufficient
evidence for anything. If you dox codexers for cartoon pornography (no matter what it depicts, but wasn't made out of child photos), you're going to get permanently banned, if this involves vigilantism then law enforcement will most likely be
contacted against you as well. You are a game developer, which is why I'm
giving you a longer explanation with a rationale. This isn't a warning for what you've already
done, but for possible future actions. You can make this post public for transparency reasons; I'm contacting you privately for your
own benefit.
