Daeran’s class still completely nonfunctional. He has one Revelation left in his mystery and it does basically nothing. Second Mystery not working, never has.

How can you have a marquee character that no one in the entire company has evidently ever played. The Poz eats brains and balls.

Does the game really have zero good exploits? Even having just one or two would be better than some wizard specialists.

But those Wizards get bonus Feats and lots of ‘em.

Quests
  • Fixed Arueshalae not coming in Act 3 if you recruited her in Act 2 (it won’t fix saves in Act 3)
  • Killing Wenduag broke Lann’s quest in Act 4. Resolution: fixed.
  • Seelah didn’t want to talk to the player character in Drezen. Resolution: fixed.
  • If Hulrun joined the assault on the Gray Garrison this will be indicated in the quest log


Crusade
  • Fixed some of the issues that caused freezes during tactical combat
  • In Leper’s Smile, you could get -100 morale. Resolution: fixed, if you faced these issues you can reset your morale to zero following these simple steps:
    If you are on the global map return to the war camp (or any other location) and rest for one day. Then return to the global map and now your morale should be at 0.



Zones
  • After killing the guards you couldn’t return to Nocticula’s palace and other parts of Alushinyrra. Resolution: fixed
  • During the assault on Ziggurat exit disappeared. Fixed: exit is now back and can be used as intended.
  • Fight with Minagho in Grey Garrison could break in TBM. Resolution: fixed.
  • A cutscene with the killing of cultists wouldn’t play if you defeated cultists in Estrod Tower before the assault on Defender’s Heart. Resolution: fixed.
  • Removed two autosaves from Grey Garrison that could break the game upon loading them.
  • Some changes to the lighting in the Grey Garrison to improve FPS.


Visual
  • Turned on SSR


Classes and abilities
  • Hellknight’s feat Ardent Armiger could break the save. Resolution: fixed
  • In the character creation, after picking the second bloodline for the crossblooded sorcerer, you can't change it because there is a sub-message of "Nothing to choose". Resolution: fixed
  • The “Next” button stopped working after using the “Back” button during the creation. Resolution: fixed.
  • Racial bonus doubled during level up. Resolution: it won’t be applied, but it would be still displayed.
  • Now Nenio can use scrolls again!

TBM
  • We removed supernatural abilities from users of TBM, so you can no longer pass through closed doors in TBM.
  • Now you can pass through the doorways that were blocked before (the problem will persist if you load the save with turned off TBM).


Stability
  • Fixed several issues that caused crashes

Rest
  • Cooking is back!
  • You can now select and craft recipes

Was talking about them adding Demon abilities in the Beta and here's the lowliest Demon of all throwing around Stinking Clouds (they do this in army battles too). Now if they implement Holic's fix to Delay Poison things could get interesting.

As with Grey Garrison you can remove corruption with a skill check at a few key locales. Facilitating more rest I guess though unclear whether resting here ups corruption or not (you don't camp).

Barracks loot. Tight fight but no boss. Latest in the series of pretty good two-handers with extra damage but no two-handing companions (Sos is locked in on Glaive since he doesn't have martial prof).

Climbing up here (via stairs inside Barracks) lets you attack Brimorak pack on main stairs at advantageous angle once you climb back down outside.

Women writers more interested in their own shit than yours. Dog bites man. They are reasonably clever and perspicacious.

can't get more than 3-5 damage from Wracking Ray, even on failed save. with empower get d3+1. maybe it's d4 for both stats?... strange
the Greater Bestow Curse has regular Curse effects (no -8 to saves, it's same -4) :negative:
Hellfire Ray and Umbral Strike, due to rolling 2 types of damage, proc mythic divine damage from hitting enemy with different elements by themselves, that's neat.

Cackle is a pain to use in real time should have been a modal that stops you from moving or something, and since everyone plays their animations (including Cackle) the whole action economy feels messed up.

Just have to put her where you want her first round then turn Cackle on auto. Does mean no more auto-Hex so more micro.

Main problem is getting fights to last four rounds to make it good. Ideally you’d combine Chant/Cackle with a mount but doubt that’s doable.

Probably better to just use Major and Greater Hexes w/Ember instead of worrying about Cackle since those are a unique class feature (Cam doesn’t get them).

You can't "not worry" about Cackle it's the whole thing of the class and its routine: Hex + Cackle > 2x Cackle or CC and so on, stacking layers ot debuffs and cc in a 1-2 punch fashion. Implement your classes right goddamit.

Do mounts even work?

you should put ember to autocast cackle when you need it she will do just that. When you need her to do something else you cotrol her for that particular action

Im not sure you understand what exactly is my problem. And I'm not playtesting Ember. Then again my desire to playtest anything dropped after yet another broken spell.

I mean you put multiple problems in your initial post, one of which is that Cackle is hard to use in real-time because of animation and such.

I am pointing out that you can just put it to auto-cast after your first evil eye/misfortune or something that can be used with cackle. then if you need her to do something else you click on that order once, after that she will start cackling again. Yes you can Evil Eye - Cacklex3 - Fortune - Cackle continuously if you want. I usually use "auto pause when ally use ability" when I play Witch/Shama Cackle/Chant when the battle is too hectic
