The industry needs to bring back rhino people and ant/bug people. Much better than furry shit
That's literally just more furry shit you cretin. The industry needs to bring back rhino people and ant/bug people. Much better than furry shit
You're just furry shit. rat king? You're a furry and a degenerate. At least you won't get the black plague from a rhino. You model yourself after one of the most dirty fucking animals to exist. Go back to your sewers, ants are cool. Most mythology shit is just animals anyways. Here's a human with a bull head. Here's a women with a fish tail. Here's a man with horse feet. Here's a girl with wings. Here's a man but he's icy. Here's a short man. That's literally just more furry shit you cretin. The industry needs to bring back rhino people and ant/bug people. Why can't they just draw inspiration from mythology or some shit? Why do player races have to be anthropomorphic animals or insects?
All of those sound way more interesting than "Rhino that walk on hind legs "Here's a human with a bull head. Here's a women with a fish tail. Here's a man with horse feet. Here's a girl with wings. I'm not an anthropomorphic rat, you walking cum stain. You're just furry shit. rat king? You're a furry and a degenerate.
Ant people can be represented as Swarm-That-Walks. I think there was one of worms in Kingmaker.
Also, ants do not have fur.

Very good points, actually. I guess I'm just disappointed that the anthro races usually look like they shouldn't even be part of a medieval fantasy game. They look like they come straight out of some furry fan fic, but as you say the interesting part are the societies and cultures even though, sadly those are usually very generic as well. All of those sound way more interesting than "Rhino that walk on hind legs "
Does it? They're all just descriptions of things that already exist but slightly modified. The interesting part of different races has always been about their societies and cultures and differences from other races. It's never been about what the actual thing looks like or it's physical features. Who cares about a race if it looks cool but acts exactly like every other race? If you want to make a cool race, it can look like anything and be made up of any real existing things as long as you expand on it more than it's pure physical features. Look how this forum jerks itself off about dwarfs. They're just short people but if you give them some love for axes and beards and beers and make them mine a lot these codexians love them. I want ant and rhino people in my video games because I feel the wizardry games set them up to be cool. I don't even like rhinos. Fat bastards.
No. You just need to take into account that a player race must be humanoid, or things generally won't make any sense, like wearing armor and wielding weapons for instance. It seems that the best minds of Codex are on the brink of shocking discovery: everything humans fantasize about are related to humans. Be they robots, androids, Kitsune, aliens, sentient beetles, jedi knights, Khajiit, elves, orcs, direwolves and dragon queens. "The human heart in conflict with itself." In this regard games are art, and they are about humans, too.
So every meaningful zoological form is some reflection of humans. Even the Skaven.

Thanks for calling me the best mind of Codex though, nothing I said even warranted the dick sucking and I got it anyway.

It's really good but RAW that armour bonus doesn't stack, which is balls. I homebrew racial bonuses like that to be increases to NA rather than NA bonuses.Anyways. So who's excited for Oreads? They have some good mechanics for monk builds.
>Add +1/3 on critical hit confirmation rolls made with unarmed strikes (maximum bonus of +5). This bonus does not stack with Critical Focus.
>Special Archetype for Monks - Student of Stone
>Granite Skin - +1 racial bonus to natural armor
>+2 Strength, +2 Wisdom, and –2 Charisma
>Oreads make good monks and fighters thanks to their prodigious strength and self-discipline
>And more features!

You thinking what I'm thinking? I'm thinking.. ROCK MONKS!
To add to this, it is usually used as opposed to RAI, or Rules-As-Intended, with this opposition causing approximately 99% of the heated arguments in dedicated tabletop forums. Especially in the more... autistic parts of the internet. And for once, I don't count 4chan among them. /tg/ is practically an oasis of civil discussion compared to some other forums I've seen over the years.Rules-As-WrittenYosharian What does RAW mean?
Alright, bitch boy / Larian cuntYeah right, village idiot.
