Don't know about you, but this may be the last time when I give any money to Owlcat. Or at least any money for a VERY long time.

Listen... while I am not a big fan of them not trimming down Amber Scott's ineptitudes in the realm of writing, the fact that the Q&A aspect seems to be no different than something EA would do, is something that I cannot willfuly condone.

Number 1 rule for me: DON'T WASTE MY TIME.

That is absolutely not true as evidenced by the encounter design. It is awful from any perspective and it was awful in Kingmaker as well, just not as consistently.

When your gamplay sucks, and your encounters suck. I am not playing your game. I've constantly complained about those two things during Beta trail. It appears they weren't listening to my feedback, so whatever.

Unlock Azata path, aka find Thall, which you did. Then on Lost Chapel map, explore it after Mythic 2 and play song on altar.

how did you manage deskari in chapter 5 ? He's immune to death, stat drain, pretty much immune to everything , one hit kill everything , minions are also compltelty usless on this as expected. Was there some plot hole or items to make this more manageable ?

He was pretty hard. I believe that using a wall of summons as shield in TB mode while my party attacks him with legendary bows and I with negative eruption to damage him and heal my party while domain of the hungry flesh constant damages him and his locusts was the trick. Minions being complete useless, I disagree. The undead dragon which Lich mythic path gives to you is quite strong.

The undead dragon ? its a weakling dying in one sec , i am sorry. Then i figure what went so wrong with the deskari fight. turns out the lich transformation was not giving any negative energy affinity , so the erupt spell was damaging my char as well.

I was playing as a DHAMPIR and the lich transformation took away my negative energy affinity. As for the undead dragon, cast buffs on him and don't summon only him. The summons aren't to damage the demon, they are to give turns to seve as distraction. Create undead spell can create a lot of undeads which will give like 4 turns if you use a lot of spell slots. This 4 turns, if you are lucky are enough to kill him.

When youa re lucky yes, i dont know for you, but playing lich end game wasnt really satisfying.

Hello! Lich gets the undead traits:
No Constitution score. Undead use their Charisma score in place of their Constitution score when calculating hit points, Fortitude saves, and any special ability that relies on Constitution (such as when calculating a breath weapon's DC).

Immunity to bleed, death effects, disease, paralysis, poison, sleep effects, and stunning.

Visuals are currently bugged, these will be addressed soon.

But from what people are actually seeing, it must be bugged. So do not dump CHA on your lich-to-be.

WotR is similar to Kingmaker, lots of stuff to do in early-mid battles. Needs some planning, using items carefully etc.

Later on you just want to buff up and let your party AI autoattack everything to death, otherwise it quickly becomes too exhausting.

Once I reached level 5, and finally had a party of 6, I didn't encounter serious difficulties on Core.

My problems were when I was still lvl 3-4 and my party consisted of 5 chars (of which my MC wizard was pretty much useless), because I shooed away Nanio and didn't get the tiefling. I thought he was gay but it turned out he just likes jewellery.

I roleplay with the ToEE rule of alignment restrictions on party members.

i.e.: LN Aeon would party up with: LG, LN, LE and TN only.
NE Lich would party up with: LE, NE, CE and TN only, etc.
(an exception can be made for Cam-cam, since her alignment is initially hidden)

Wait till fucking gargolies attack you in tight area. It's really uneven as heck.
