Crooked Bee
What rating would you give it? A solid 0 out of 5?

Jesus christ, they gave this the green light? Is this a joke?
Would you mind elaborating on these other problems a little bit? I ask because I have put off playing the original BoD because going back from some of the improvements in Star Trail (only being able to target in straight lines) and SoR was pretty painful the first time I tried. I was really hoping that at least when this game was fully patched it would be a nice way to play Blade of Destiny with some UI improvements.

How appropriate that the reviewer of this unfinished game didn't actually finish it before submitting a review.
Obviously, it's followed by the stereotypical rpgwatch response, aka burying head in the sand and seeing no evil while yelling "HAHA UR FROM CODEX, YOU FUNNY GUY!"

To be fair, five people responded, three of whom responded in this fashion, one of whom was the guy who wrote the review. The other two backed thesheeep up.

You do realize you're describing another game? The one you've probably bought both DLC afterwards. The one you've voted to get GOTY award everywhere.

Who knows, the project may have been scrapped altogether if they didn't do what they did. After all, if the money runs out and there's no more development, that means no game. If that was the case then I'm glad they did what they did to get the game released.
RPG Watch, man. After, giving RPG of the year award to Mass Effect 3,do you really think they have something close to good taste? On the other hand, him being okay with a game that is literally unfinishable as released, and even going on to encourage people to buy and support the studio releasing such garbage, is something you can absolutely criticize him for.
"Welp, the product doesn't work whatsoever, 10 out of 10".

The humour aside, this itself makes it better than Fallout 3/NWN1-2 etc. I will chalk up the butthurt to usual codex angst.
