You can only see it from there because it's not for sale on Steam.
Blame Atari I think. I know NWN2 isn't on Steam anymore because of their losing the D&D license. Think ToEE was lost at the same time.

Why are you recommending BG:EE
Modding the originals for modern computers or using the enhanced editions is basically the same.
In the list is only BG 2:EE, I listed the original first, but it is currently not available on Steam.
