Haunting Ground (Demento in Japan), a lesser-known survival horror game that was released in 2005 for the PS2. It's similar to Clock Tower (defenseless protagonist gimmick but there's a twist this game).

I would rate this "Cuck" like all weebshit but this game is so endearingly absurd I can only rate it

because of Hewie.

Graphics are kinds basic / old, but serviceable.

I've just got raped by some MEGA SLIME (I've expected a mini-boss, but decided to press on instead of warping back to the city to save), so it's not the easy time yet...

there's a difficulty modifier that buffs bosses: some change the combat arena, some grant them new moves/armor. Theseus and Asterius gain armor, both get new moves, Theseus has a new Phase 1 where he uses a gattling gun while riding around in the cart.

Been playing Greedfall off and on. Animations are pretty bad but the game looks very nice at times, especially the armour sets. It also has a refreshing setting that hasn't been done to death yet.

Why on earth is there normal mapping on the wallpaper ?

Walls with embossed patterns like that used to be a thing. I think the modern wallpaper with similar patterns is a cheaper way of replicating the look.

Beat me to it. I'm at 16, still deciding whether to use Aspect of Hera or Aspect of Rama.
Used all your Death Defiance with 385 Max HP? Sounds rough.

I approached it as an annoying thing I wanted to tick off the to-do list. I don't even enjoy the ranged weapons tbh. I just knew that the auto-fire would trivialize the combat encounters.

The most fun I had by far is with the fists.

The Frontier came out yesterday, a really big F:NV mod. I'm not a huge fan of playing as a squad of soldiers, but it's damn impressive. Apart from some janky cutscenes and enemy models (Legion has chariots, lol), it's extremely porfessional:

Such a pity that Sony didn't remake/rebuild Ico alongside the Shadow of the Colossus PS4 2018 remake/rebuild, as both had been included in a PS3 2011 remaster.

More like thank god they didnt because the game does not need a remake. That shadow of the colossus remake was shit. Ico has some of the most beautiful art direction in a game and should not be tampered with. With the remaster and emulators you can play the game in high resolutions anyway if so desired which is all that is necessary.
