That's with ABR mod, right? Had two of them there in my playthru. In fact, when I went there
for the tools
the whole thing turned into a shitshow albeit a very Stalkery one. I was taking out the zombified whilst taking cover behind trees, hiding from their fire and the special attentions of the local controllers. Then a group of bloodsuckers came out of nowhere behind my back, forcing me to run in and - somehow, miraculously - into the attic of one of the buildings there. Soon afterwards a Duty patrol joined in on the fun too.
Such is life in the Zone. :obviously:

Yes, it's ABR 2.1.1. I discovered it by chance, browsing moddb looking for something new to try. So far, this is the best mod in terms of performance I've tried, probably because of all those removed stashes. Running around Zaton without constant hitches feels strange tbh. I also like how they rebalanced the economy by preventing you from farming zombies and selling weapons to make money, and we can finally do something with all those mutants roaming around. Random Monolith patrols sprinkled around are also a nice touch. Overall, a great mod.

Majora's Mask followup. I forgot how long this game is when you want to get every mask and heart piece.

I was thinking if it would be possible to beat the game in one cycle (after getting the ocarina) without abusing glitches. You'd have to visit the graveyard before the end of Night 1 to learn a song that you need much later, which is only accessible with Epona. And in order to get Epona, you have to open the path to Romani Ranch before Romani goes to bed at 8 pm on Day 1. This means, you have to:
- save Kotake in the forest
- go to Deku Palace and do the stealth and platforming challenges
- enter Woodfall Temple, rush to the bow, and leave!
- use the bow to open the path to Snowhead Village
- get Lens of Truth
- get Goron Mask
- learn Goron Lullaby
- enter Snowhead Temple (don't fall), rush to the fire arrows, and leave
- use fire arrow to melt the ice that blocks the Powder Keg Shop
- carry one powder keg to the racetrack to get the license
- finally buy a powder keg and blow up the boulder that blocks the road to Romani Ranch
- all before 8 pm
Not sure if possible.

I played Iron Man before, but it doesn't change that much. When you lose a merc, you can just restart the battle anyway. Dead is Dead looks like what Iron Man is supposed to be. It's also more convenient because the game saves automatically. And you can quit any time during combat and continue later, which is not possible with Iron Man.

Counterattack at night with my squad in sector. I threw two break lights at them but both of them failed (weird), which made this fight more annoying than it needed to be.

Drassen SAM site: I.M.P.'s vision is augmented (night ops expert). No problem, except for the troll with NV goggles on the roof.

Chitzena SAM site: Only 2 enemies left, one of them wounded. I thought I could sneak behind them but got surprised by this elite bitch and her stun grenade! Knocked out Wolf and Ira, then she started firing at Wolf while I was trying to rush my other mercs over there to help.

He survived. I should be more careful against elite soldiers. They like to throw grenades a lot.

Moving on to Chitzena.

Been really wanting to play adventure games lately but haven't found one that scratched whatever itch I had. But finally remembered that I had Toonstruck on GOG. I haven't played this since it was released (Jesus) and I'm actually quite hyped to play it. I loved it back then and after just playing for an hour, man, I'm pretty impressed by the production qualities this thing had.

Replaying D1 since there have been many DevilutionX updates since the last time I played. It's amazing how much work they've done.

Not that I need it, but it's interesting to see such a beloved game in your own language, especially since games aren't usually translated to Croatian.
