Next was Cambria. I should have gone there first because it's much easier. No black shirts anywhere.
Lots of buildings and flanking opportunities.
This is "Jasmin", one of the terrorists hiding in Arulco. Bring Carmen their heads for 10,000$ each. Seems like they always get the first move when you attack them? That's mean. Ira got lucky he wasted a few shots on the militia guy on the left (dual wielding MAC-10s). Close call #2.
Not sure how I'm going to deal with the other terrorists. Maybe take cover first and throw a stun grenade?
Cambria SAM site at night. Easy. Except Raven stepped on a mine. Have to remember to put a scout with metal detector in front.
This camper inside can be tricked and flanked.
Luckily I remembered the tear gas trap and equipped everyone with gas masks.
One day later, just after I'd finished militia training, Deidranna's super elite counterattack arrived. I did not expect to see Rocket Rifles so soon.
Also...
Close call #3!
Finally getting some phat lewt. Two FN-FALs and one H&K 21 with NATO AP ammo which is still fairly rare at this point.
Oh shit!
I completely forgot about Bloodcat ambushes and wasn't prepared for this. I can consider myself lucky that this didn't happen sooner, and they only got Maddog (he sucks). I've been sending lesser mercs across the map unprotected all the time. Lesson learned. Always escort them, give everyone auto weapons, and load them with HP ammo. Just in case.
Next goal is Tixa to get Dynamo and that other guy, then Balime to get a camera for the robot. No bugs in the mines yet. But Drassen is running low.
