With first 3 games (and their "gold" add-ons) completed, I think I can now end my "entire TR series" playthrough. RIP in peace, Indiana Jones with Boobs.

Yeah, the final boss was shit. Not even fun to look at like The Hivemind in dead space or the moon in DS3.

The first one is a breath of fresh air already but what's impressive is that EA actually greenlit an inclined sequel where they completely ditched firearms for martial arts.

It's open world but it doesn't detract in any way as the map isn't that big and when you think about it parkour is about figuring out the shortest route, not having a single Simon Says solution. Story missions are still scripted with high-quality FMVs so you could even play it as a 6-hour "cinematographic" experience if you wanted to... though you'd be way underselling it. The city is absolutely stunning.
