A technique that is not used anymore because of some pretty obvious and glaring shortcomings and limitations when dealing with many other situations (e.g. exteriors, big maps etc... same limitations BSP had).
That is not RNG, its some pure shitty design. It either should not show the hit chance as 100% or you should have no possibility of missing.![]()
