HiddenX, that's the automated message. I got another one a half-hour later from a real person. Still told me they'll get back to me eventually with a real answer, but, y'know, don't despair? I think they're aiming to batch-solve it.

Well, I did offer them to distribute keys manually but no, they said, let's do it by the book, they said.

Silly Corporates.

It's a shame there seem to be issues with this though, for both sides pretty much, extra logistics work so close to launch can't be very good.

Yay.
Only thing that bugs me is that it only says "shadowrun key", could somebody who pleged at kickstarter show us a screen of his backerkit-stuff?
Just curios whether its supposed to be two different keys.

I got an e-mail saying that the backerkit is not being used for rewards and that they don't know when stuff will be shipping (even though I explicitly wrote 'key' and nothing else). Uuuuuuh. I think they're confused in all their stress.

Finally got mine!

Backerkit's support is really harebrained though, claiming the key was there all along but I didn't know how to get to it. Their answer's like an internal copypasta with some really bad proofreading:

Hello!

We heard you were having issues accessing both of your pledge's keys -- sorry about that!

You can toggle between their two pledges in the top right-hand corner of their review page. The information looks the same, but they are actually separate pledgs/surveys associated to your email. if they click on "Get Your Digital Rewards" after clicking a different pledge's bubble, they will see different codes.

I thought they asked the backers to fill the survey ASAP months ago in order to prevent a situation like this .

I got the key, soundtracks for SRR and SRDF but no SRHK.
Should I just extracted them from the game later so I don't have to bother the customer support?

Backerkit is one massive fuckup that results in this situation. My account (KS backer) failed to lock for some reason, as such didn't charge any extra on my card as well when t wass upposed to.. A week or two ago I resolved it with HBS support help, still nobody knows how the situation came to existence in the first place.
