Apparently this is coming out tonight:

It seems to be a tactical RPG with some base building.

"Shards of Realm" is a turn-based tactical RPG set in a fantasy world. In it, you must not only assemble a group of adventurers but also develop your own fortress, assign workers, research new technologies, and produce the items necessary for victory.

The game features two key concepts: turn-based tactical battles and exploration on a global map in a living world .

Tactical Battles

The game offers four distinct classes and eight subclasses, each with unique gameplay. Assemble a balanced team to overcome superior enemies. Utilizing cover, flanking attacks, and smart role distribution within the group are the keys to success. Meanwhile, a destructible environment in battles adds variety to tactical maneuvers.

A flexible character development tree and the option for multiclassing will help you create your unique team.

Global Map

In the global map mode, the player can interact with various factions, improve relationships with them, or, conversely, go to war. While the world evolves independently, only the player's actions will determine its outcome. Whether you choose to save everyone or plunge them into the abyss of chaos is up to you.

Seek and gather resources, trade, complete faction quests, or loot caravans... Any means are good for victory.

Fortress Management

To achieve victory, you'll need equipment. You can, of course, buy or find it, but the best pieces can only be invented and created. A flexible technology tree and production are available to the player in their fortress. A wide variety of buildings for construction will assist both in resource gathering and in training fighters.

Looks a bit like Expeditions game with the global map, tactical battles and base building.

Maybe they want to fill a niche emptied when Logic Artists decided to become NFT grifters.

Important, Please Read
Dear Players,

I want to inform you about an important issue regarding the release of our game. The game was intended to be released in Early Access, but due to an error, it was released as a full version. I am currently in contact with Steam Support to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please note that the game is still in development, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Your feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue to work on improving the game.

Oh, same exact thing happened to me, so it's not that far-fetched.

The Be Caution part is probably overkill though. :-D

Looks pretty janky but I added it to my wish list. I'll follow it for a while and hopefully someone here will check it out and report back.

The animations looks extremely slow. I like TB games but this is a dealbreaker for me...
It's not a dealbreaker for me, but I have to say it is not inviting for what I've seen until now. Combat feels shallow and boring.

Make the Codex Great Again!
It looks janky as hell... which is right up my alley.

My only concern is, with 0 reviews, that might mean sales aren't great. Since it's in EA, I'm worried the dev will just abandon it halfway :|
