Depend on what you count as "let every character do everything". You could level almost every skill to 100 in FO3, given enough time and patience. You could not do every quest, but how many quests with different paths did they implement? 2?

IIRC, they at least already announced that you could switch the focus of your char during playing, so if you are fed up with playing a mighty Nord warrior you can most probably effortlessly switch to playing a mighty Nord mage.
Would only be logical to let you join every guild under these assumptions.


Also, where do I pre-order the DLC? I NEED IT NOW!

Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
They should upsize the mudcrabs, make it an epic fight light Shadow Of The Colossus. Instead of horrible, they will be terrifying yet at the same time majestic creatures.
