Buy more runepages! I'm currently at 10 and I still feel like I don't have enough.
Four of my runepages are various support runes, though. The more you specialize into a role the more pages you'll want for various champions.
Yes, in theory you can use the same runepages for Soraka, Nami, Taric, Leona, and so on- but honestly, I find it better to have a few alternatives. Sometimes you'll want a bit more armor- other times, you might want CDR. Maybe because of their short range melee lane you want penetration runes instead. And so on.

Well, I have nine runepages already, including two dedicated to supports and a third that would work just fine for supports as well if you value MPen and MS over extra armor and GP/10. Still, that is one option, yes.

I guess if you can't think of champs you want to try anymore you can always buy commonly picked champions so you can first-pick them for your teammates when the need arises. I often feel like it'd be good to have more, just for trading purposes.
I can't really recommend Syndra.
I recently switched my AD runepage from 3 AD quints to 3 Lifesteal quints and I can honestly say I do much better with the LS quints. 3 LS quints + Doran's Blade and you sit in lane until the enemy team gives up out of boredom.

So basically he's now worse off than he was before they gave him cc reduction and removed AD bonus. Fucking assholes.

He's still good though, just have to get Merc Threads or one of those upgraded Spirit Stones now.

The lifesteal quints have been buffed to give twice as much lifesteal a while ago, that's why they're so good, especially with the change in how Doran's Blade works + the reduction of lifesteal in the BT.

Now you reminded me I need to play ranked more. Also I totally thought I had 6300+ IP but it seems I bought something with it and I can't fucking remember what it was. I even think I played that champion against bots. What was it...

Nah I figured it out, I bought thresh. Forgot about that.
It used to be cool when there were only me and like 8 other guys in that div, but it went mainstream and the fags joined inGz.
And you even managed to dodge a faggy division name like Vladimir's Omen.
I take full responsibily for jinxing and fucking that div, but when I got placed I was literrally only guy in IV, and there were only few guys in V. All those poor sods that were unwittingly placed there after me have my sincerest sympathy tho'.

There's some small things- Annie's ultimate comes out instantly, so it's a guaranteed stun if their team clumps up vs a potential stun you can flash out of (unless they're ulted, of course). Also, people are hesitant to play champions with no escapes/blinks/jumps unless they're named Anivia or Karthus (because those two provide insane lategame utility and damage). Maybe Viktor has that potential too but until some pro player shows everyone how to pull it off he'll forever be rarely played.

Viktor is a pretty weird character to fit in to team comps in that usually there's another pick that would make more sense, I think he's a situational pick and that could be why there aren't many Viktor mains compared to say Lux mains. It has nothing to do with hitting his laser or whatever.
Have you ever seen an LB mid build RoA and Liandry's? Because I just did, she built them against Mordekaiser.
I dealt more damage with Taric support. Herp
Also they had Vayne and Twisted Fate double ad bot vs. us, me and some whining blue Ezreal, ALSO they had pantheon vs. our Garen build only armor, Tabis Wardens Sunfire Thornmail Giant's Belt. I guess he really didn't like that Garen deals damage to him? I pity their jungler (Maokai), it sucks to try only to have everybody derp massively.
Anyway let's talk about top lane. So you're against a ranged champion, of course you are, so you want sustain against the poke, 1-2 gap closers for the bullshit abilities and preferably an useful champion overall. Xin Zhao? What can some Vladimir or Nidalee or whatever do expect stay out of your dash range? Because every time I have used Xin it seems like he's too hard to escape from if you botch it as a top lane ranged champion and get dashed. His early game damage is pretty ridiculous and he has 3 CC effects, armor shred, free tankiness, he can initiate. Let's say they pick Elise/Kayle, I pick Xin, then LOL IT WAS A TRICK SHE'S SUPPORT THESE BALANCED CHAMPIONS CAN GO ANYWHERE and you get counterpicked. Who would that be? As far as I can tell not even Darius can actually duel Xin.

Viktor is OP if not focused in teamfights, thats how much I know. Except the Lazzzr his ablities have a shitty range and the stun bubble isnt really useful cause people need to be in it for 2 seconds. You need to be really good at his mechanics to get most out of him while Annie for example can achieve the same effect by just buttonmashing. So Victor=meh.
Ive been playing bit of ranked, from -8 to +5 wins in last 3 days with mostly jungle stunbots like Mao and Astro-Naut and a bit of Sona/Blitz bot.
Id say Mao and Naut are pretty much untouchable in early game, they bring alot of action early from 3 to 7 minute mark. If you kill somebody at lv 3 mid, then your mid will be lv 5 till the other guy comes back with 2 level disadvantage. Makes a good lead for snowballing. Also theres been lot less derping from my team for some reason, maybe cause everybody is playing ARAM and tryhards stayed on Ranked.

Bought two LS quints, down to 8k IP again. Man, are they expensive. I am thinking about spellvamp quints for a page for like Vlad/Morde, but then again I hardly ever play them, so why bother?
