As a poor sod stuck gaming on a console, I could get this day one. But New Vegas has finally given me a console RPG worth playing (the first since Morrowind); and I’m not sure that I want to start throwing in random DLC that risks turning the game into a Fallout 3 sized pile of unrelated mini-quests.

As we all know, randomly putting together various OSSUM stuff that has no basis in logic gave such a great result in Fallout 3.

Still willing to see the end result first, before condemning this.

I could not find the picture of who this guy is on google images. But i know for sure he is from Hellboy. It is that immortal sand guy that kills the Doctor (who was like a father to hellboy or something)

But here is a nazi from same movie i guess

I didnt touch fallout 3 or new vegas, not really interested in those kind of games like most of the people here are.

Mini-nukes? over the top. But if the idea of punching someone with a bear trap tickles your nerd rage circuits you're trying way too hard.

There is a town in California called Sierra Madre too- they filmed invasion of the body snatchers there.
It's inspired by that same French Spanish excellence, and like the best Fallout material, it's vintage dated...

Get out of here, STALKER.
I kinda wondered about this, actually - Both FO3 and Stalker are FPS games in a post-apocalyptic setting. How come Stalker has 10 times better creature design than FO3? Granted, the Centaurs and Floaters were always pretty goofy, but surely Bethesda could have come up with some more interesting new creatures other than gay mutated bears and overcrown crabs?

The only somewhat cool and unsettling new critters added in FO3 were the Troggs in Pittsburg whereas just about every creature in STALKER was creepy and twisted looking and fitted into the environment perfectly.

NV has somewhat corrected this with less mongoloid-looking supermutants, fewer centaurs and the addition of the oh-so awesome Cazadors, who're basically assrape with wings, but the creature design is still extremely lackluster.

The screenshots posted here show some promise, IMO - I'm hoping they will manage to make these mutants actually creepy rather than just ridiculous.

A XBOX exclusive, and then one wonders why people pirate games.
Also,new companions- maybe
Pete Hines:
"As the victim of a raw deal you must work alongside three other captured wastelanders to recover the legendary treasure of the Sierra Madre Casino. In Dead Money, your life hangs in the balance as you face new terrain, foes, and choices. It is up to you how you play your cards in the quest to survive."

Key Features:

* Take part in a suspenseful post-apocalyptic casino heist in which you’ll need to work with three companions, each of whom has their own motivation for helping you.

* Add hours of extended gameplay where you’ll encounter the mysterious Ghost People, pre-war death traps and the holographic security system of the Sierra Madre.
* Navigate your way through a challenging new storyline, with even tougher choices.
* New perks, achievements, and a raised level cap to 35!

Looks like the Level cap is raised to 35 and added new perks/achievements. There better not be a perk of making every SPECIAL stat 9, that would make me :x :decline:

Adding levels worries me, it would break the game even more so than it is with the skills. Unless they scale back how many points per level for a new player.
