Update: As of May 7th, GOG has come back to me with a statement in response to DC's comment in the below article that the retailer "wouldn't even return our emails". I've edited the article below to contain the statement, but for ease of reading, I'll put it here too. "Unfortunately, we haven’t found a single email coming from FOW Interactive, be it on our publicly shared inboxes or Bizdev people personal ones. We’re going to check with whom the devs were trying to contact, to understand what happened."

Q: I missed out on Kickstarter, can I still pledge?

A: We ran the campaign for an unusually long 40 days, so we will not be extending it any further or offering any post-campaign backing. There are no exceptions to this rule. Please wait until the Steam release if you wish to support Subverse!

Q: My card was declined and Kickstarter removed my pledge! Help!

A: While this is unfortunate, we are the creator and not the payment processor therefore we cannot provide any technical support related to banks nor can we accept any other form of payment for this campaign due to the complexities of adult content. Q: What is the difference between early access and beta testing?

A: While the initial Early Access version of Subverse we will release is technically in beta, we will also have a team dedicated to testing each major patch prior to release. The members of this dedicated beta team (£75 pledges and up) will gain access to chapters before anyone else in our exclusive Discord server channel. There they will discuss the gameplay, offer feedback and suggestions, report bugs and take part in shaping Subverse into the high-quality title we strive to deliver. Subverse Steam keys will be sent out in waves as we do have a limit of how many keys we can request from Steam at one time. This process can take anywhere up to a several weeks. Whilst recording-breaking support is a nice problem to have, it also means some things will be a little slower to deliver. We know you all want your rewards as fast as possible so patience is appreciated in this matter.

So keep in mind, spamming our inbox with "wheres my key" is not going to get you the key faster darlings, be patient! ♥

It's full steam ahead here at the studio and we will commence dev diaries fortnightly both here and on Steam. The dev diaries will run until the 1.0 build so you can expect plenty of updates and content! Note that some of the lewder stuff we cannot showcase on here so keep an eye on our Subversegame twitter account where it shall be posted. We can't wait to show you more!

Lore: This ethereal realm is normally hidden from view, unreachable. But for the blessed few who follow the teachings of the Codex, it sometimes blinks into the real world, hitting ass and leg. (This could be made better.)

Well, if we want codexian trolls as inhabitants, and a sorta Lava Planet... Let's try this.


Name: The Other Honor
Type: Moon (or Lava Planet?)
Description: The Moon is shaped like an ass, skin-colored (white-pink), while its open Crater is red. Natural formations surround the Crater that look like hands holding the Crater open. Looks should be something like that, but on a moon:

Lore: The Other Honor is known for the precious substance that is found deep in its Crater, which its native inhabitants, the trolls, call Butthurt. The trolls have mounted a sprawling harvesting enterprise to extract a maximum of Butthurt from the Crater, since they cannot live without it, and have made a killing exporting it. The substance's invigorating properties have made it a prized luxury in the Subverse. As a result, many have tried to take control of the Butthurt production, but with no success: the fumes released by the Crater are so toxic they can only be survived by the trolls whose skin has adapted to it. But eons of industrious Butthurt harvesting have enlarged the Crater and caused it to be instable. It is now kept open only by means of a continuous stream of fistings straight into the Crater's core to balance out the Butthurt extraction. The trolls believe that one day the Great Brolapse will turn the Crater inside out, engulfing everything and everyone into shit.


Not sure about the name, and the lore can be improved.
