I just snorted out my coffee.

EDIT: OMG, I need to finish reading this and go to a meeting, but I just can't stop laughing.

If you boot the door to the meeting room down, five minutes late, grab your boss's collar and shout "God DAMNIT! I'm too EXTREME for timekeeping, bitch!", I will love you in so many ways.

I believed it completely untill I actually looked at the screenshot (Always the last thing I do with interviews.) I believe that's the only give away.

The rest of it sounded like past interviews to me... But, then again, I haven't really followed up on the game too much.

I love that moderator though, quite funny.

Heh, actually I didnt look at screeneies at my first go through. You know, when you actually ignore the blatantly obvious pictures, and remember the stuff they used to say in the past interviews, this text gets REALLY believable. You got me there, VD.

From the Bio forums:

"Sorry, Chris, but the way Bioware marketed ME so far("we don't want players to read",etc) made me completely believe this interview first time i read it, only after reading it for second time i noticed that something is wrong Maybe this interview is a fake, but it clearly shows the impression your real PR campaign for Mass Effect made on many fans of previous Bio games like Baldur's Gate."

LOL, that was simply hilarious! :D The sad thing is, some of the quotes from the real interviews are even funnier.

EXTREMEly funny, and quite obviously satire after reading a paragraph or two. (I've not looked at the screens yet)

You know what? I think they're right on the spot. We ought to officially turn the Codex into a parody site until games can actually be taken seriously.

I believe the fucking thing too!

I couldn't believe it if you get my meaning, I thought that they had gotten the answers for the 360 crowd mixed up. Or Casey hadn't been briefed on what the userbase of the Codex was like....

Fell off my seat laughing. Feels like someone has hit me in the stomach with a pistol

Edit: Chris has edited out 'legal'. Maybe he realised just how EXTREME he was getting.

Really sad, and pathetic. I find some of the posts and pics that have been made up funny; but that fake interview just comes off as desperate attention seeking by VD. You should be able to do better than this. Lame.*yawn*

Yes, it was an attention seeking interview, but for Mass Effect, not me. I think that we all agree that such a fantastic game deserves way more attention than it's currently getting.

:honourblade:"

For a guy who helps run (you in control now since SP is gone?) that supposedly covers hardcore PC RPGs; you seem awfully fixated on a console Action RPG.

Face it. This is about seeking attention for yourself hence why you guys ar ebragging that BIO devs are payting attention to your nonsense. Not like they have much of a choice since it was a matter of time that a BIO fanboy would notice the 'interview' and run screaming bloody murder on the BIO boards.

Face it. It's lame. And, that's coming from someone who EXTREMELY enjoyed all the funny false pics in the general discussion.

But, to use the News section which last I checked was supposedly for haardcore PC RPGs for a 'funny' fake interview for a console Action RPG is just retarded. And, not funny since any of the funny stuff in it has been done to death elsewhere. *yawn*

That's now TWO ME articles in the news section.

What can I say? We all have our weaknesses.

This is about seeking attention for yourself...
It's overrated.

Already happened.

I guess I've just got tired of covering all those hardcore RPGs like Oblivion expansion, Titan Quest expansion, and all the other great RPGs in development.

That's now TWO ME articles in the news section.
An outrage, I agree.

"Already happened."

No shit. Hence, the 'matter of time'.

That's your problem. Perhaps, you had your mouth on G3's dick too long and it while your sucking its dick; it was sucking your brain.
