Always has been since the very beginning, and although I don't value it much and simply ignore it as simple trash talking (which I despise generally), I accept it as a facet of the Codex.

I think if you're going to ban Volly you're going to have to justify why his insults differ from all the others and hence have crossed the line. I'm not saying that I don't think you have a point, but I would expect no less from you if you do decide to take that step.

I'm wondering along the same lines. I mean, Volourn's insults might be prolific, but they're always juvenile and rarely offensive. If he were using "cockgobbling-assfucking-shiteating-cunt" in every post, sure, I could see how it might eventually be deemed excessive. But "idiot" and "moron"? Heck, he just uses them as punctuation anyway.

Maybe there's some sort of Canadian-Unity law he's violating.

Eh, it was probably overdue. The problem with Volourn is he feeds off of contradiction. Even when you might agree on something, he's going to point out the minor quibble where you disagree and insult you in the process. He never really contributed to any discussion as look for attention and a fight. I think had he just been ignored his posts would have become far less frequent. Right now, he's probably giddy with joy and shouting with glee that he's getting this much attention. But VD kept trying to engage Volourn in a point by point classic debate. He'll probably be back when Codex reviews the Jade Empire port. He can't help himself.
