You certainly could be right. Soule's symphony never saw the light of day, which is a pity. Still, Inon Zur (could he have a more pretentiously banal name?) isn't the way to go either.
But I'm not expecting anything good from Bethesda anyway, so perhaps it's fitting this Inon person gets the job.
