He is talking about this article:
Why someone should ever try to dismantle his own successful game? Wtf!? It simply doesn't compute. The Last Of Us Part II was always going to be divisive. It was written to evoke anger and frustration and upset and debate. In a recent interview with the game’s director, Neil Druckmann, he told us so that he wanted to “dismantle” a game that so many gamers in the world hold “sacred”.
Unless ... Neil Druckmann hates The Last of Us because it was successful, it wasn't his creation* and there was no way for him to create something similar.
*Bruce Straley and probably other people are the reasons why the first game was so good. This doesn't stop Cuckmann to take credit in every interview.
This is insane and revolting. I don't remember anything like this happening before ...
From what I seem there's no 'dismantling', the game just is following the events of the previous installment that ended with Joel murdering innocents and dooming humanity to continue living in a zombie apocalypse because he chose a single person over millions. Druckman probably is pulling an Alan Moore and criticizing people who misinterpreted the first game.
I need a sauce for my popcornthe entire thing is fake: somebody pointed out that the hate threats are coming from accounts which liked the game
