Can't disagree with you about that , the artstyle seems a strange of mix of 1901+ with current times hairstyle everywhere.
BUT Parvati seems actually good, until now there nothing wrong with her. Even her hairstyle make sense with the setting and she was wrote by Chris l'etoile. Never disliked any character that he worked on it.

In general i gotta say that the game fails to find its own visual identity. The bioshock/borderlands blend they've got going alongside the modernist character stylization is just bleh.

The only thing people said was that Fallout 4 combat looks and probably is better than Outer Worlds combat. That's it.

Yep, Fallout 4 is a glitchy popamole looter shooter disguised as an RPG, Outer Worlds seems to be an RPG at least even if the combat might be janky.

It would/is a weird embargo though, as it's apparently mostly a hype trailer with not much information.

He just says that he can't say much about Outer Worlds because they just showed the trailer (he did mention parts of the trailer though like in one scene a voice says how great life in the colonies is while two dudes duke it out in the background) and he didn't gain much info from it.
