Is this shit AI made ?
Not only it looks awful but this assault rifle is cursed.
It's quite literally one of German Korobov's designs. But I do agree the art style, while competent, is rather unappealing.

It's the same guy, the English wiki is just being retarded, as always. Was there a family tradition of making cursed soviet assault rifles? Here is a triple barrel one listed as being made by a different Korobov: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TKB-059
Feels a bit scummy to do it like that. Although I guess you can get away with it when you don't have a lot of competition.4 DLCs already announced, each w/ 4 cases... will be 6 dollars a piece or 18 for the season pass and sountrack. also there will be a bundle on steam for those that already own the first game to get everything cheaper
it's announcing that they're going to milk this game (or flog a dead horse rather, since the gameplay is exactly the same) instead of working on something newHow is saying dlc expansions are on the way scummy? Do you just want them to release them suddenly with no warning nor marketting? Did you hate the dlc expansions for the previous game and are just objecting to them making more?
I agree with the 'collecting all words' by clicking thing, I wish there was an option for the old style. The UI is weird at first but I've gotten to like it a little more after getting familiar with using it and it has its advantages over the old system. I am indifferent to the differing art style, I chalk it up to it being set in contemporary times while the previous game was centuries old, I prefer some aspects of the original art style but the new one doesn't bother me... What I am enjoying is how the game is set up as a Chapter that contains different investigations that are their own little thing but also connected to the others, and then having an overarching story for the entire chapter that requires bits and pieces from each investigation to solve.I bought it and am going through it now. So far it seems like more Golden Idol goodness, which is great, but I really don't like the changes they made to the UI. Sure, it makes the screen less cluttered, but actually playing the game feels clunkier than before - and that's despite the fact that they streamlined the way the players acquire words (which I also dislike, by the way - the fact that we had to pay attention to things and click on the words made the process of interacting with clues more immersive).
Also, I preferred the rougher aesthetic of the original - the art feels a bit smoother and cleaner now, even though it is still instantly recognizable. I wish they'd stuck to the art style from The Spider of Lanka, which was the most interesting Golden Idol has ever looked as far as I am concerned.
But all of that is unlikely to matter if the mysteries are still good. Here's hoping.
It's very good. You don't need to play the original first but there's no reason not to. The first game and its DLCs take place in the 18th Century while the new game is modern day, and the stories are related with references and so forth. I think playing in order of release is best. For some reason this was recommended to me by Steam... any good? Do I need to play the original first?
This but unironically, I loved the grimy art in the original. I thought it added a lot of character to the game.Art that actually looks good = no buy
Completely agree, but I don't exactly miss it here. The new game has plenty of visual charm.I loved the grimy art in the original. I thought it added a lot of character to the game.
Yes. No, but you probably want to.For some reason this was recommended to me by Steam... any good? Do I need to play the original first?
