I was using Nraas instead. I heard it does mostly the same and more (and borrows parts of code from awesomemod).

If he did, he didn't borrow very much, because when I looked at the some of the stuff to see how he did it, it was nothing like how I did it. For the most part, there wasn't really an "instead", since aside from portions where we attacked the same problem from a different angle, you could mostly install both with few conflicts, and a lot of people did/do. In fact, I have specific functionality in there that would detect the presence of his code and switch off known conflicting portions, since I figured you wouldn't even have his stuff if you hadn't wanted that specific thing to work instead.

Its CAS changes, so far the worst I seen was voice types are merged into the same menu otherwise it seems mostly the same more or less.

I suppose sales are that bad they are resorting to "diversity", kinda 2 years late to that party EA, as usual.

How about this: Just don't use those features?

Sims has always beene progressive, the first game allowed same-sex marriages (I may be wrong on this but I remember it being possible).

You complain about them shoving down political issues down your throat, but wouldn't this also be the case if they didn't include these features in the first place, after all the opposite is also a valid political opinion. At this point, it's more a case of, why not?

Sims has always been about making weird freak people. Why should this be different?

PC RPG Website of the Year, 2015 Codex 2016 - The Age of Grimoire Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Finally EA did something smart by taking advantage of all the degenerates that play the Sims for wish fulfillment purposes. I can't wait for the otherkin DLC.

Well it kinda broken mods like 4 rows in CAS and I suspect what all they did was just add male and female morphs to all meshes, pretty much all male meshes look either bad or wrong when set to female ... its the low effort just for a publicity stunt because irs lot like the LGTBQQ are going to all rush out and buy this half banked game.

Its just ... I am jaded and cynical and this is really just "look at how inclusive we are" because it adds nothing, I mean it really adds nothing to the game and it seems so low effort this was just so they can appear as "inclusive" on the NY Times, as I said this is EA trying to board the "inclusive train" 2 years later ... I am just sick and tired of those people that seem to come out of the woodwork even if The Sims Community was always "out there" ...

Heh, so CC cannot undergo this behavior, and everything has to be remade. Lovely. I'm sure the peasants are rioting over it.

The Sims 3 with Late Night + Ambitions + Seasons is the Good Shit, folks. You can sculpt shitty sculptures, become filthy rich, and buy every business in town and lock people in and steal their bitches and create big castles to live in.

Apparently even the so inclusive Sims Community is still having a little riot over the inclusiveness thats a bit weird considering how Thumblir it have been for years now.

But yes, anything that aint stock meshes need to be refitted with a few exceptions (I guess shoes), good luck with that ... especially if the CC maker decides he aint redoing the mesh so a man can wear a bridal dress, I suppose that is also not going to go well, its not as if this is TS2 were everyone and their mother was doing CC (for $$).

And yes, TS3 is better outside 3 things ... it have performance issues when you shove too much into it and its lighting system is not as good as TS4, I would add restaurants since TS3 never got out of rabbits holes.

Strange, checked the wiki and apparently there's only 2 expansions out for Sims 4. I thought there'd be at least 6 at this point.

Two big expansions yes. There are two game packs (smaller expansions) with a third on the way and six stuff packs (a gathering of stuff most of which you'll never use).

- The Get to Work expansion is nice if you want your Sims to run their own stores or want to become a police officer, doctor or scientist. Also has a new neighbourhood and seperate lots for the three professions. Also has aliens.
- The Get Togther expansion allows you to make groups of like-minded Sims to do things together, from watching movies to going out clubbing to having a fuckton of sex. Also has a new neighbourhood.

The game packs are more focussed on a central theme:
- Outdoor Retreat allows you to take your Sims camping.
- Spa Day allows for your Sims to hit the spa and go relax.
- The upcoming Dine Out allows you to run restaurants of all kinds, from family-friendly places to hipster hangouts to high class eateries. Not sure sure yet if you can lock uppity food critics in the dungeon below the place though.

So what you're saying is that Sims 4 is essentially still just as shit and lacking on features as it was back on release, got it.

Yep. Same fragmentation of content as Sims 3 had, but spread over a longer pereod of release dates.
