Any recommendation about space pirates related games? ( Pls not be Starfield nor SW Outlaws eww )

You can play a pirate in X4 Foundations. If you do it right, you can even cripple a faction's military by limiting their supply and/or build up an ally and/or dump the loot into your own economic empire since the entire economy is simulated.

Does this still stop you playing your steam games if another family member is sharing a game from your library?

Also "please buy me Helldivers 2, I'm a child". The games rated 18... It's an adult game Valve.

No, this lets you share the libraries at the same time. The restriction is that you just can't both play the same game at the same time unless you each own it. Devs can't can also choose to not let their games be shared, like if it requires a third party account. And if someone gets banned from a game borrowing your copy, you get banned as well. I predict a lot of little brothers getting beat up because they thought it would be fun to haxx on their big brother's favorite competitive shooter.
