Access your Torment account and find your W2 key there, I'd guess.

No, this offer is for people who didn't already have beta access from the Kickstarter. Unless you donated only $15 for the Kickstarter and then bought the game again on Steam, or something like that.

That's how it should be.

Check the FAQ on Kickstarter. Pretty much all the reward tiers that included beta access to start with ($55 and up) come with two digital copies now instead of one, specifically to avoid this problem on final release. So if you want GOG or something else, you will have that option. The $15 backers that did not initially get beta access only get a single copy however.

The download itself is 5.8 gigs. So two days or so to download.
