Owait, people are saying KOTOR is more of an RPG than Twitcher? Seriously? Is this what the codex has sunk too just to give the Poles a hard time?

If you go into semantics i.e. game mechanics you could say that Kotor is a better RPG than TWitcher.

Does it mean it is a better game? HELL NO!

The thing is Kotor may sport all of the RPG features it likes but when it is turned into meaningless fluff by bad setting and gameplay design it all comes to nothing.

The Witcher PWNS all other Aurora engine games in these aspects, irrespective of being RPG or not. Hence, even lacking badly implemented rpg elements it is infinitely better game than anything Bioware produced ever since BG2.

Sophistry aside, this. Personally, I hope TW2 will be at least good for what it is, i.e., a rather pleasant action-y game.

Yep. It's like comparing DA and ME2. Is DA a better RPG, indeed more of an RPG than ME2? Indubitably. Is it a better game than ME2? No.
