There are 3 chapters, plus a prologue and an epilogue, so, if you don't count the initial "start a new game" load, there are going to be exactly 4.

Seems like interiors and dungeons are going to be parts of the same streaming zone, like in a Gothic series.

Let's not forget that NWN2 engine and maps structure are designed to be easily moddable and created within a toolset, while TW1 is not, and its kind of obvious that a map fully created with a professional 3d editor would be much more artistically superior to a lego like toolset map.
