Heavily dialogue-based, a limited number of set-piece turn-based combat sequences only
Have you played it at all? An average Shadowrun playthrough (i.e. not powered by meta-knowledge) is roughly 1/3 dialog 2/3 combat. From what I gather the proportion is going to be reversed in TToN.

Is there anyone left here who pledged for the game and didn't ask for a refund?
If yes, did you already receive an additional GOG key on top of the redeemed Steam key for the beta/early access?
I got TToN as part of my BTIV KS support. And I didnt yet use the key, I am waiting for release version so I cannot help you here. I made a mistake of playing WL2 in beta and I am not touching any more betas.

The Shadowrun games probably have more combat than Torment will, but it wasn't 2/3. Especially not Hong Kong!

But I said Torment is the most similar to them, not that it's the same.

The guy that finished it on ps4 just wrote that
there is no Oasis, the end of the game is in the Bloom

The guy on InXile forums? He claims to have received the game on Friday 24th, and already beaten it by Sunday 26th, with 40h on the clock. Do the math.

lol at the hysteria on the inXile forums over a "review embargo" because reviews are coming out on release day

Ok, I'm under embargo, so I can't talk about the game, but this isn't really true. Unless it is meant to be in the most literal way possible.
hmmm here is everything that he wrote , maybe you know better:
" no sign of Oasis/Jerboa in the game i don't want to spoil all the end part it's in the organic city.... i don't know te name in english biophagus something like that you see kholn and miel avest that's all "

Depends on build and playstyle. Most dialogs in SR are essentially optional. Not sure about HK, but you can easily play DF as a combat romp if you want to. If you make a point of avoiding all peaceful options, combat could amount even to 3/4 of your playtime.

I can't really talk about it.

I just wanted to avoid a shitstorm for something that isn't really true. What they said in the kickstarter update about the cut content regarding the Oasis was true, just embelished by PR speak.

I didn't play the beta outside the intro, but as far as I know the beta was most of Sagus Cliffs, so it should be a pretty good barometer for your enjoyment of the game.

Can't really say more.

From the German review :
Pro:

- Good Story, nearly as good as Witcher 3

Con:

- awful performance on PS4 Pro
- bad graphics even when compared to other "revival" Games; terrible character animations and poses, sterile atmosphere
- character and combat system are serviceable, but no more than that
- story is still linear and predetermined (reviewer warns not to believe "marketing speak" here)

Summary: "More of a book than a game - but a very good book."
