Just did the Grey Army Base with 200 stealth (with cloaking field), 52 pickpocketing, and STR/crowbar vent forcing. No persuasion, lockpicking, hacking, PER or AGI, though at least I was male.
Had two very dicey moments, one was chucking grenades around in the officer quarters to get them to unlock the eastern door in the computer room, and then to leave the computer room so I could enter through the east door and force the vent open with no-one seeing. The second dicey moment was having to pickpocket the key of the south access door within the Magatzin. I had to use speedhack to pickpocket the key the moment the pickpocket dialog came up and then enter combat to run behind a corner before they saw me.
Styg was so scrupulous about making quests doable without hacking and lockpicking that it feels more fun to get by without them.
