The score is improving: 37% positive overall, 45% recent. I can see it settling at 40-41% and getting a permanent "mixed" rating.

And it's got 40 active players, the most since launch.

Calling it great or brilliant is quite an overstatement.
I'd call it better. Anything beyond that is probably battered housewive syndrome.

The main quest line is still mostly just a key hunt. What I positively noted though, is that you'd find a key and backtrack through areas where you'd need them before.
So there are a couple more closed metal gates around and there is an actual reward behind them. At least in Upper Erebus.
