Krisper's too low energy, couldn't handle Infy's burden.
Uhhhh....I support Crispy taking up his hole.
I hope Putin makes it to Bulgaria. You fags will complain about anything.
That's healthy and smart attitude toward any promise given. I thought more today about RPG CODEX Gazzette. There could be so many different columns. Roguey could cover Developer Drama, with his latest detective work from snooping around Josh Sawyer's house. Darth Roxor could write Worth Your Time, do a review of new or old releases. rusty_shackleford could shit on or praise new indies in his previews in Commander Rusty Report . fantadomat could have Drunken Playthrough column. We could make early previews of ATOM team's next game, Archaelund, Battle Brothers 2, live interview with Styg about Underrail: Infusion (Styg and I live in Belgrade) all in column What's on Horizon? , roasting of AAAs, philosophical text about RPG mechanics (turn based VS rtwp, strategy married with rpg, nature of role playing, 5e VS 3.5 vs 2nd ed. DnD etc, devs could write their own opinions on these topics) and many moreSounds promising, but I'll believe it when I see it.I have serious ideas of making RPG Codex Gazzete. Monthly newspaper, posted exclusively on Codex. Where all Codex APPROVED, based indies will be promoted, interviews and AMAs with Devs, let's plays of new and old quality stuff.
You are the Kalarion of newsposting. Subscribe &In reality I just subscribe to the blog feeds and YouTube channels of every RPG I find and post whatever pops up every day.

Update On Collector’s Edition Production
Greetings, Tacticians.
With the PC launch of Lost Eidolons on October 13 upon us, we bring you an interim update on the collector’s edition today.
Collector’s Edition Schedule
The global supply chain issues led to unforeseen delays in production. We are still in talks with the manufacturer of the physical edition to secure a concrete schedule. What we can share at the moment is that the collector’s edition of Lost Eidolons will be delayed by several months and we are now looking at delivery in mid-2023.
The design work is completed, but it has been extremely difficult to secure the schedule for the actual print production. Please note that this delay only affects the delivery of the physical copy and not the digital copy. If you ordered the collector’s edition, you will get the digital version of the game upon release (no time lost!), and the physical copy later.
Collector’s Edition Preview
Since the design of the artbook and the vinyl are done, we were able to share some snippets during our last dev chat stream. In case you missed it, here are some images to give you a sense of how the extra content would look like when you actually get it in your hands.
Design for the vinyl, sporting awesome artwork inside and out!
Illustrations used in the very opening sequence of the game,
telling you the tale of the iron-fisted emperor Ludivictus
Familiar faces to those who played through our beta and demo,
as well as definite proof that there are dogs(?) and cats(?) in Artemesia
We know this delay in production may come as a disappointment and we are very sorry to have to deliver the news. We are continually discussing with stakeholders to get the issues resolved and secure a concrete schedule as quickly as possible. This delay is also costing us more as the cost to print is rising all around the world. We promise to provide you with further updates as we get more details confirmed.
Once again, please note that this will not delay your access to the game or the digital assets (artbook and OST). It will only delay the delivery of the physical package containing the LP vinyl.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via Kickstarter DM or our Discord server. We thank you for your continued support for Lost Eidolons and Ocean Drive Studio!

There isnt anything new to tell about those and half the list isnt that great anyway .Unless you want a newspost for every single little update, you dont like that for BG3 or obisidian titles. Whats left are VTT tabletop release , jrpgs and mmo , there's simply nothing worth being posted as news at the moment.Today you have Monomyth, Manor Lords, Underrail:Infusion, Colony Ship, Stoneshard, Vagrus, ATOM/ATOM:Trudograd, Sir Brante, Zodiac Legion, Urban Strife, Archolos, Blackgeyser, Archaelund, Faded Afternoon, King Arthur: Knight's Tale and many many more recently released, in development or unnanouced games from indie teams (like next ATOM or Battle Brothers team's games).
Nowhere near as impressive and revolutionary as ultima underwolrd was in its time, but that is to be expected. What i seen from the demo doesnt impress me much . Nothing like arx fatalis either. I have zero enthusiasm for it too.MONOMYTH. Incredible, one savant Dev from Austria, first person, action dungeon crawler/immersion sim. Worthy successor to UnderWorld. Codex would jizz its collective pants only few years ago over it. And? What have you, as de facto Manager of RPG Codex, done to promote this game besides lazily copy-paste posting few news about it, so that you have shield against criticism? Have you:
- Contacted Dev, who's active Codex poster and very friendly to us, and asked him for beta keys for Codex (there is BETA testing going on right now, btw but very few and limited number of beta keys)
- Asked interested Codexers like Jarl Frank or Darth Roxor, who both you failed to drive away (yet!) and who both have experience and skill with playing, analyzing and criticizing role playing games
- Why wouldn't them two, or any third qualified Codexer write a preview, you post it on Front Page and make it sticky for a month
I've read stoneshard thread , there's serious design errors with it and its just a rogue like with a prettier tileset than usual nothing to really be ecstatic at ,why waste time on it . Colony ship and before that, age of decadence too, are not very discussed because thats not what people really like. People dont care that much of combat system or ruleset , what will win really the codexers heart is a really good adult plot with the possibility to act like a deviant, all of that with a decent presentation and art style. Fallout was great in that regard. People do not like it cause of its combat, its all a matter of atmosphere writing and above all an adult game. Same for every top codex games and why disco so popular too. None the games you mentioned will achieve that.Codex also used to train, mentor and support indie devs on their path to Incline. Now we're nothing but passive cattle, waiting for next batch of shit to be poured in our feeding tub by our Jew Rancher. Games like Colony Ship and Stoneshard which are currently in Early Access would generate 100+ pages of discussion about role playing mechanics, art design and writing. Today? Barely discussed
Haven't you noticed how empty halls of our once mighty Fortress are? Very little discussion, all attention is on woke AAA and AA+ garbage. And more and more people are getting acustomed to taste. Jew is winning
I would like to be millionaire indie dev. I submit myself as your humble apprentice.Codex also used to train, mentor and support indie devs on their path to Incline.
Nothing worth the time of day is being made anymore. Just a thousoundfold increase in disposable crap of every variety-- see 99.5% of the the Steam catalogue, including the "RPG" genre for details.Codex also used to train, mentor and support indie devs on their path to Incline.
