You shouldn't use simultaneous turns in any tb game in multiplayer.
enjoy every turn taking an hour

That's why I play PBEM ;d Gladius' turns are pretty fast either way.

Note in co-op that all players in the same team move at once. This is very useful, so useful that I always use simultaneous turns in Age of Wonders 3. Just sit back for a few moments and let the AIs do their turns. No different than if they went first in the turn order except your production is already done. Then you and your ally can move together.

In Gladius though I think allies move together even with non-simultaneous setting on.

I think a lot of MP players start with simultaneous turns, then switch it off once contact with AIs has been made.

It's not about playing vs AIs, it's about playing against other people. If simultaneous turns are turned on, you scramble to get your armies in position as fast as possible to "surprise" your opponent. It's not a good look.

I should have said "I think a lot of MP players start with simultaneous turns, then switch it off once contact with non-wildlife units has been made."

When are these schmucks going to port it to OSx ffs. Is it that much of a rocket science?

Doesn't Proton allow you to play Steam games on Linux?

I think Apple started a push for gaming on Mac last year at WWDC, demoing software that would let developers see how their games would run on Macs. Hoping to see more advances in this direction as Windows gets more and more intrusive.

Next DLC will be 8 Primaris Space Marine units for some reason. This is what Proxy's writer said about me asking about Daemons of Chaos -

Why should it be undivided? Too limited unit wise otherwise? And what is canon limitations on that? That they can't just warp in willy nilly or something?

There aren't enough units for complete rosters for the four chaos gods, that has been known forever, but it being impossible atm is something new and I wasn't aware of it.

If the Imperial factions can fight each other than the Chaos demons should be able to unexpectedly cooperate. It's the chaotic thing to do.
