Enjoy the Revolution! Another revolution around the sun that is. Shadorwun: Hong Kong Divinity: Original Sin 2 Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire Pathfinder: Wrath I'm very into cock and ball torture I helped put crap in Monomyth
I just started playing Tunic. It's been entertaining for the most part, but it wants to be Dark Souls as much as Zelda and it imports one of my least favorite aspects of Dark Souls, which is having to trudge back to where you got killed, sometimes over a distance and through several annoying enemies, so you can just have another go at whatever killed you. It wants to encourage exploration and puzzle-solving, but at the same time it says "Haha, fuck you!" when you just want to explore and solve puzzles because there's combat that needs doing.
I agree. It nails everything, but the "I want to have Dark Souls aspects" is my least favorite part. I have collected the red key, so far. Going after the blue, and green one next. Don't think it's really much of a spoiler, because I have no clue what they are for, and it's fairly early in the game. In general it's pretty cozy, though, and I have barely died.

Just finished the "Playing with Fire" campaign in Heroes 3 : Armageddon's Blade. It's the campaign where you play as an emo fire witch with questionable clothing who has to defend her native swamps from an undead invasion.

Fortress is actually one of my two favorite towns in Homm 3 (the other one being Dungeon). I just like its design, its concept and its monsters. But it's a bit frustrating to be fighting against Necropolis, since the one overpowered thing that Fortress has at its disposal (the mighty gorgon's death stare) doesn't work against undead creatures. In fact, the same is true of Adrienne being a fire witch : many powerful fire spells (such as Curse or Berzerk) also don't work against the units of Necropolis.

The campaign is rather uneven. The first scenario is average, the second one is a chore, the third one is pretty challenging and entertaining but it's going to be a real pain in the ass if you don't have at least 2-3 of your heroes with Adept Town Portal.

I think I'm now going to give Horn of the Abyss a try.
