The Todd: Excellent. The ESRB has given us a reason to block the Codex and that damn Vault Dweller's review. Now we have time tonight to make our plans.

Petey: What Todd? What are we planning tonight?

The Todd: The same thing we plan every night, Petey. Try to destroy RPGs!

Chorus: They're Petey, they're Petey and the Todd, Todd, Todd...

Also, if you blatantly try to bypass the autocensor it is considered a rules violation. I'll let it go this time, as I'm giving you the benefit of doubt that you were unaware of this. However, any future violations will earn an official warning as usual.

Tegger is female.

<s>Cunt.</s> Dyke.

Tegger is actually one of the better mods at the ESF. Apparently she doesn't have any problems with links and such to the Codex and agrees that it needs to be put up in the rules if the admins make this a permanent ordeal. Contrast that with summer, who seems to enjoy deleting posts with any mention whatsoever of the Codex, and would have banned the OP of that thread in an instant.

Close the border on these ESF refugees. They're taking Codexer bandwidth, and bringing in third world diseases like measles, bedbugs and being a teenager.
And mudcrabs. Don't forget the mudcrabs.

Mike the mudcrab says tegger lies:

What is ZeniMax's policy regarding links to third party sites?

You should be aware that while you are on a website operated by ZeniMax, you may be directed to other sites that are beyond our control and for which we are not responsible. Because we cannot guarantee that the privacy policies of these websites meet our high standards and the requirements of the ESRB Privacy Online Program, we recommend that you read the privacy policy of the website to which you link before you submit any personal information.

If they can link to sites that don't accomplish ESRB Privacy policies, they can link to others that shockporn you.

Well, I was going to make a topic about the same thing, since, as you can probably guess, I made that thread. First I thought it was some kind of joke, but they showed their true colors.

Altough I must admit that it´s funny that they changed the RPGCODEX with "I love Oblivion".

Still, my signature still stands firm!

Amusingly, if you type in "Oblivion sucks", the auto censor will change it to "Oblivion is the greatest game in the history of the universe". Somebody's delusional...

I'm still trying to get at the real reason for the ban by engaging in PM sessions/wars with some of the mods. HD was rather helpful, while Attrebus engaged in complete idiocy.

After that thread, I think that the Testapo is onto me!

I wonder how long my sig will last...

I don't see why they'd be able to get you for your sig, as there's nothing offensive about it, nor does it violate any rules. Actually, that's the best way to survive there if you have Codex connections: stay within the rules, quote the forum rules at the mods if they get on your case and there's a hole in their attack against you, and if all else fails and they're going to nail you for something, find someone else who does the same thing and yell "DOUBLE STANDARD!!" as much as possible.

Well, they killed my sig... That´s what I get for making that thread... But I´m happy, as I have seen the truth, as I have read the Holy Codex!

You should PM whatever mod was on at the time about why it was deleted. I saw nothing in it that violated forum rules.

Oh, and since you're new to the Codex, you must read this thread.

Censor all adult content.

We should make them DIG for excuses.

The only stuff here that is truly NSFW is a tubgirl image in one of kingcomrade's retardo landed threads. I'm pretty sure the only thing that the ESF mods could really bring up as a reasonable argument is the presence of the leaked Russian Oblivion screenshots.

I think all their knee-jerk reaction to all things Codex is a validation of this site. Obviously, they feel threatened by what this site stands for (endless critique of cRPGs), and thus the moderators reveal themselves to be the heads-in-the-sand, sycophantic guardians of a certain shit cRPG.

It isn´t worth the effort. They already showed their true faces (asslicking beth fanboys). I must say I´m surprised to find out about this "underground war" between these two forums.

It's been more of a cold war. The "hostilities", (to continue the metaphor), as of late have been carried out mainly by Codex newbies. I know gaining legitimacy in the eyes of Bethesda is as much a priority among everyone here as getting festering boils on your taint, but all these "trolling missions" aren't doing much beyond being slightly amusing. It's going to get old fast.

I would assume this this is the way Bethseda is getting ready to "weed out" sites that are not favorable or critical to Bethesda's Fallout3 game. CONSPIRACY!

Heh. They even removed my signature which was very innocuous. It just said

for Role Playing Games, it's all you need. Codex.

Didn't even have a link. How very petty.
