That said, I've been responding in addition to my usual activity (95% of my posts) in the games' threads—the same threads you consistently fill with garbage.

The immediate ban out of the blue strikes me as odd. I had the guy on my ignore list precisely for that reason, but perhaps he should've been given the Shitposter tag (which is there for a reason), a moderator warning and maybe some time to try mend his ways (for the sake of due process, if nothing else). Then banning him wouldn't feel as sudden as it does now.

I don't see "Low effort posting" mentioned here, the closest thing is the "Shitposting" sub-rule but Necrolord contributed to a discussion more times than not, and rarely if ever did I see him interrupt a conversation with unfunny shitposting.
