I think it's a very dubious situation.

If his posts qualify as too extreme for this place, then that would only be understandable if the poster baiting him was also banned. Is that the case? If not, then no - I do not think the ban is in any way justified.

I see it as his death threat on top of all the other crap he was throwing around. Clockwork Knight isn't innocent here, but his transgressions are limited to just what he said in that convo with The Wall.

From what I've seen here, a single post never gets you banned beyond major acts like dox posts. By the time it's handed out, usually you've more than dug your grave deep enough to have earned it well before the hammer comes down.
