How do the anime tiddies actually factor into the gameplay? I'm not seeing tiddies on the ship skins, so are they only present on the advertising images in the cash shop?
Nothing really, just a way to sell same ship with slight different stats.

Pretty much, though you also usually get a voice pack to go along with it which can then be used on any ship.
It says a lot about modern gaming that world of ships isn’t as bad most freenium and gacha games when it comes to pricing here.
