Ironically, I would have more hope for a new Fallout if anyone but Bethesda is touching it.
About everyone could make a better Fallout than Bethesda at this point.

Obsidian's experience in the last 10 years was... Outer Worlds.
I'm willing to give them a pass on The Outer Worlds given that it was a Private Division game. Avowed and TOW2 will be the real indicator of what they're capable of with a bigger budget and longer production schedule. Grounded was great, still haven't played Pentiment.

The Outer Worlds had Tim Cain and Leonard Boyarsky around....... without them and Josh Sawyer we are going to see the REAL post Pillars Obsidian. Somehow I do not have as much faith in them as you.

Also it's hard to blame the publisher when Obsidian has a track record of pissing off every publisher they have worked with.
