Anything forced. Unskippable cutscenes are the worst. That's when I start breaking shit. There's plenty of other stuff on the poll that annoys me but unskippable cutscenes irk me more than anything. And unskippable tutorials. Monster Hunter World does that shit and I almost lost my mind.

Item durability. One of the single most inane things, doesnt belong in 99,9% of games, only works to add busywork.
Only has a place in games where items are actual trash, like Neo Scavenger.

I had to stop half way through, there were too many that I hated. I just came to say that I hate it when trash mobs are sprinkled throughout an area with no rhyme or reason.
