Matt Chat 428: Trent Oster on Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition

I think Matt Barton wanted the third part of his interview with Trent Oster to be about the development of Baldur's Gate and its Enhanced Edition. Instead, most of the episode is spent on a strange sidetrack discussion about the the game's upcoming console port and boxed Collector's Edition. It does finally get back on track in the last eight minutes, in which Trent talks about things such as Baldur's Gate's hidden Luck stat and its outdated multithreading implementation, which Beamdog ended up throwing out entirely in the Enhanced Edition.

I mean, I guess we already know most of what there is to know about the development of Baldur's Gate. There's one episode left, so maybe there's still time to reveal some new details.
