Jonric: What are a couple of sound, voice or musical elements that you consider most memorable or effective, and why do you feel they work especially well?
Bryce Baker
Designer, Reflexive Entertainment
This is a difficult question to answer succinctly. Inon Zur has done a tremendous job with the musical score - it has a very Spanish flavor to it, which suits the setting to a T. It's excellent Spanish guitar, if you're into that kind of thing.
Several of the voice actors also stand out. The folks at Interplay who cast voices for our characters did a very good job at finding excellent voice actors including Mako of Samurai Jack and Conan fame. The overall quality of the voice-overs is quite good, I think, but certain characters like the beast spirit (a voice you'll recognize from the Baldur's Gate series and Lilo and Stitch), Cervantes and Shakespeare are truly outstanding.
Wasn't Mako also in Lethal Weapon 4? First guy Jet Li killed, I think.
