I'd be happy to help young adventurer, but I need you to perform three side quests for me first.

First, a rival wizard has been sending summoned goats to ruin my herb garden. Either slay the goats, negotiate with the wizard, or enchant the garden with wards to keep the goats out.

Second, I want a date with Lady Alexa who lives across the street and sometimes performs bardic songs at the Royal Dragon Club. Either talk to the Club members to find out how to influence her, search her trash cans for blackmail, or speak to her directly on my behalf if you have enough Charisma.

Third, at least provide links to the people involved, ideally link to their posts about playing the game so I can reply there. Not my job to do the research and find out what the hell you are talking about.

They don't know how to find lockers and they do the old "put a stimpack in one of your hand slots, use it, replace with whatever was in the slot before" instead of right clicking

Years ago, I'd be up for watching them fail at their own game, but now I can't be bothered (because I need bandwidth to watch other, better things).

Though it sure is funny to think of how Fallout was ~balanced~ with that kind of honorable stimpaking in mind instead of what most everyone ended up doing: open the inventory and gobble them all up to bring health back to the max.

Also, Mikey Dowling has never played Fallout on Steam.

Tim Cain still rocks though - the way he figured out to switch back to the game through task manager :D I was a bit confused the first time I alt-tabbed too.

I saw an NPC woman with a male face and female voice and hairstyle in Fallout New California. Is this a known bug? :D

They only embarass themselves. I grew up with Fallout and i still find it very faulty. A classic game with faults.

Fallout is a textbook example of the concept of a crpg, you want to make someone understand what an crpg is, you get him to play fallout 1 and 2. But this does not mean that it is perfect or even enjoyable today. Us old guys can overlook the faults but anyone playing from scratch will definitely take issue with them today.
