While the teaser site has no other information, it's been confirmed that Funcom Oslo is working on a singleplayer Conan game. What kind of game? That's to be seen, I guess.

Hardly ever was he in command of simple screaming savages.

That said, I don't fucking care about it at all, a Conan RTS is beyond fucking stupid, nobody who likes Conan wants this, NOBODY

The only way a Conan strategy game would work is if it gets the Total War treatment with terrain, unit formations, etc being taken into account (and hopefully with functioning AI).

It was the first Conan story I read, I immidiately ordered the big-book-o-Conan and was not disappointed.
Such a cool story, it had everything. Dungeon crawls, mindbreaking terrors, gigantic battles, and my favorite scene:

What I remember last time I checked is that the stories are public domain, but the license for producing video games is in the hands of Paradox.
