You never said "if" before faggot, stop dodging and own up to your mistake.
If it is true that they are using Unreal Engine now instead of RED Engine (either because all the who know how to operate it left, or because they decided it is no longer worth using), this would explain the differences between the models. They simply tried to recreate Ciri from TW3 in TW4, but couldn't make it 1:1, resulting in the Uncanny Valley effect.

No, it speaks volumes of your ability to communicate with people, faggot. You have had no issue understanding me, just explaining yourself.
I explained myself fine. It is you who can't accept the truth. But I will elaborate, since it is clear you need help.

I was making a conjecture on why Ciri could be looking the way she looks after seeing her aged-up model and recalling an information that CDPR switched engines (from RED to Unreal) and another one that suggested there aren't people left in the studio to handle the previous one. This could mean they needed to create a new model (I have no idea if it is possible to simply import it from RED to Unreal, mind you) and their recreation we can see in the trailer. This is under the assumption that they wanted to make a faithful model, because there is simply no point to discuss a bad faith recreation (so I didn't even bother to mention that scenario as it is obvious. But apparently not to some).

Havent played games from japan in over a decade. You are desperately trying to discredit me because you are, in fact, wrong (And a faggot).
I mistook you for another poster with an anime image who had half of his post in the jRPG forum. I am not good at reading anime faces. Mea culpa on that front. You still can't read though. Or your English is so poor you have serious difficulties doing so, at best. And you're still a piece of shit. Fuck you, good sir.

You are such a dishonest little weasel. You are pointing to the if used when speculating about the change of engine, when in any engine, making the exact same face and aging it would have been easy for a good enough 3D artist. Thats why I called it a cope, because its obviously a stupid assumption to make.

Or your English is so poor you have serious difficulties doing so

It isn't hard to recreate/move/convert 3D models between modern engines, besides we haven't seen the in-engine model from W4(?). Also you can't just botch it to the extend that you make 20 something looking girl feel like 40+ lol

Not being clear is not the same as being dishonest. What is truly dishonest here is your hypocrisy; not being able to own up to your mistake that you thought someone else was wrong. You made a mistake not understanding - because of your poor language skills - that I was making a one big hypothesis and now you're reaping what you sow. Everything in that post is one big "if". If they made a change of engine. If they tried to recreate Ciri model 1:1. And so on, and so forth. Just because I didn't bother putting "if" before each sentence (because I am not a lawyer by trade and I had more faith in people's intelligence and reading skills than I apparently should've) doesn't change any of that nor my original intent when I made that post. But you can't recognize that, because this would put you in the wrong. Well, keep trying to cope.

[...] when in any engine, making the exact same face and aging it would have been easy for a good enough 3D artist. Thats why I called it a cope, because its obviously a stupid assumption to make.
As I said before - I didn't know if it is possible to import model from one engine to another. In the same vein I had no idea if it is possible "make the exact same face" by hand (or however it is done). I also had no idea if they indeed even have "good enough 3D artist" left in their studio after the exodus to handle such task. So, yeah, it is all a long chain of assumptions (plural), one after another. Is it stupid? For someone with the knowledge about the subject it surely is. I am not disputing that. What I mean is that calling it cope was wrong (and I explained why before, so I don't think I need to write it again). It is simple as that. If you still can't understand that, you're truly the stupid one.

My english is fine, faggot.

Of course it will.
Nobody here cared about these games. But with W4 you can not only make fun of the game, but also the people who like it.
Double the fun.

Of course no one here cares about the games they spam hundreds of pages about even before the release happens. We care about the ones that maybe reach double digits if one of the plants re-posts some social media posts.

Anyone here was exited about playing Veilguard, Dustborn or Concord?

Where is the cope?

You'll play it and whine about it, just like Witcher 3.
"It will sell well, therefore the game will be good. Take that chuds"
Certainly it will sell well. At this point trying to boycott Witcher 4 would be as effective as the famous boycott of Hogwart's Legacy.

Will it be good? We shall see. With CP2077 CDPR has proven they are strong not only in story department, but can also create engaging gameplay. Will they do the same here? I guess we'll find out eventually.
